Return & Refund Policy

At Little & Loved, every order is packed with care. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase — but if something isn't right, we're here to help.

As our scoop boxes are lovingly curated gift sets, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, or if the recipient already owns any of the items included.

However, if your order arrives damaged or you've received the wrong items, please get in touch within 14 days of delivery via our Contact page with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund straight away, at no cost to you.

Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of your claim being approved.
