Can I choose what's in my scoop?

The magic is in the mystery — but we do personalise it just for you! At checkout you can choose:

• 👶 Baby's gender — boy, girl, or gender neutral
• 🍼 Feeding preference — breastfeeding, bottle feeding, or combination feeding
• 👗 Clothing size — 0–3 months, 3–6 months, or 6–9 months

We'll curate your scoop around your choices so everything inside is perfectly suited to your little one. 🤍

What sizes are available?

We currently offer scoops with clothing in 0–3 months, 3–6 months and 6–9 months. 🤍

How is my order packaged?

Every scoop is beautifully presented and gift-ready — perfect for giving straight from the box.🤍

How long does delivery take?

Orders are dispatched within 3–5 working days within the UK. Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking update so you can follow your scoop on its way! 🤍

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We now ship to the USA, Canada and across Europe. 🌍 Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location:

• 🇺🇸 USA & 🇨🇦 Canada — £29.99 flat rate (5–8 working days)
• 🇪🇺 Europe — £14.00 flat rate (3–5 business days)

Any duties and import taxes are calculated and collected at checkout, so you'll know the full cost upfront before you order. 🤍

Do you offer returns?

Due to the nature of our mystery scoops, we're unable to accept returns. However, if anything arrives damaged or faulty, please get in touch within 14 days and we'll make it right. 🤍
